Staff was wonderful, and facilities were new here. New building and rooms with functional decoration. Delicious and satisfactory breakfast — a wide range of meals.

The staff team was really friendly at any time. Rooms were neat and provided with hooks for clothes and a good view, as example. We had delicious breakfast plus excellent service.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Niseko. Fairly clean, great budget hotel, I loved great value rooms and very amiable staff. Booked a room with sofa.

The room was carpeted with a big comfy bed, I stayed here for 9 nights. The location was particularly good, for example, Niseko Grand Hirafu Ski Resort was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

As for me, the area was weird.

always exceeded my expectations during this golf trip. the room was spacious and modern, with great views of mt yotei. the breakfast buffet was tasty and the staff were friendly. the hotel shuttle made getting around easy. definitely recommend visiting the restaurant too!

Limited parking spaces.

Location just off the main downtown area. Also, easy to get to Ace Family Lift. Delicious and marvellous breakfast with numerous options and with decent food available.

The really friendly staff provided all the necessary info. The room was neat with good storage and multiple USB ports for devices and nice bathroom as described.

the location was ideal - not too far from the ski lifts and restaurants, and they also provide a convenient shuttle service. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure all our pre-arrival arrangements were ready upon check-in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a sofa in the reception area and a bigger bed on a higher floor. The breakfast provided a great start to the day, and I especially loved the attention to detail with the bathroom products.

Everything was great and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I recently stayed at this new hotel for a ski trip. The facilities were spotless and modern, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The Smart TV was a personal highlight as we could binge-watch Netflix. The customer service was outstanding, with staff speaking English fluently and taking care of everything from the moment we booked. The free shuttle buses to the ski lifts were punctual and convenient. Additionally, the on-site rental shop offered discounts to guests. worth every penny!

I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Always Niseko! The location was excellent, with a free shuttle bus that took us to the Grand Hirafu Gondola in just 15 minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-functioning heater. The staff, especially Fumi, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The ski equipment lock room was convenient and secure. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of international options. We also took advantage of the discount for rental equipment at Vale, which had great quality gear. we had a wonderful experience and can't wait to come back.

Had a wonderful Xmas at this hotel! The location was perfect because it was close enough to everything, but still away from the crowds. The frequent shuttle buses were a big plus and the drivers were always friendly and helpful. The staff looked after us really well, making us feel like family. The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the cappuccinos and the selection of food offered. The beds were a little firm for my liking, but nothing too uncomfortable and the room was always kept clean and tidy.

This hotel is a great value for money! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, helping us with our ski gear rentals and arranging transportation to and from the airport. We loved the complimentary shuttle service that took us to the main ski resort areas without any hassle. Another great thing about this hotel was the modern and clean-cut design which made it comfortable to stay in. The bathroom was amazing with the complimenting shampoo and shower gel, totally refreshing!

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of things that could have been better. We didn't like the restaurant as they only offered buffet-style meals with no lighter options.
